Healthy Food Chart

Sorry for the late lunch post. It was all go, go, go this morning and when we got home from our trip out -- Will and I fell asleep. I feel lazy taking naps but it is true that you need them as a new mom. I take one every couple days and it helps me to just catch up a little and feel refreshed rather than walking around like a zombie. We had to go to the mall to pick up a birthday gift so we conveniently planned to have lunch at The Cheesecake Factory while there! I chose one of the "Smaller Salads" but as I have said before, it's hardly a small portion. I got the Factory Chopped (because I am a little obsessed with blue cheese after my long stint without it) and I snacked on a some spinach dip beforehand. I could only eat half of that salad and if I had thought to get the dressing on the side then I would have brought the rest home but I guess I thought I would finish it given the "smaller" size. Now it's time to start getting ready for the fundraising event we are going to this evening. I hope it's not too much for Will to do in one day...or me for that matter! I'm sure we'll be fine, we can always take another nap tomorrow.
