What to Do The Day After Thanksgiving

You got through Thanksgiving without over doing it and now the leftovers are staring at you from the refrigerator. Oops, did you forget to give them to your quests as you were walking them out the door? So now how to you handle all that food?
Send the more taunting ones with your partner to work. Give them to a soup kitchen or a single neighbor or just throw them away. Wouldn’t it be better that they go in the waste can rather than on your waist? You might want to consider putting them in opaque containers if you decide to keep them. Maybe you could firmly tell another person that you will be moderate with the leftovers and really be accountable to that person. Make a bet with significant wager. And remember many of those favorite foods are frequently available all year around anyway.
If you must have them follow any of the numerous guidelines I’ve suggested last week in my blogs to help you and really establish some “loving” limits for yourself. This means you love yourself enough to do what is the best for your body. All things in moderation.
