New Years day is at our door. I hope you have great expectations in 2009 despite the state of the economy. And not only must you have a great expectation you must have real belief.

Success has everything to do with belief. You must believe, really believe that you will succeed if you want to be triumphant. When you believe in your heart that you can succeed, oddly enough you will! Belief energizes, motivates, and gives your goals the momentum that you need to make things happen.

So set your weight loss goal on the first of January (make it realistic), even if you’ve made it a million times before. But this time really think it can, and will happen.
