as much as you could and feel good for the celebratory events for tonight.
Just like Christmas the same eating tips should apply for tonight. One thing to be cautious about is your alcohol intake because that is where extra calories are and it could also lead to poor eating choices.
Before you head out to your holiday party make sure you are ready for the 1st of the year with a stocked up refrigerator, freezer, and pantry filled with:
- fresh fruits
- fresh and frozen vegetables
- whole grains such as brown rice and quinoa
- low-fat dairy products
- lean proteins such as chicken, turkey, canned beans, and eggs
