Back to Normal (dinner 12.29.08)
Tuesday, December 30, 2008 1:51 No CommentsI am wrapping up my Monday and am very happy with what I got done today. I feel like I got back to my normal eating habits and settled back into the usual routine at home. The holidays are not quite over for me yet. We’ll be hanging with friends for New Year’s Eve and then we have Christmas with Mike’s family next weekend so I still have a couple days to splurge but in between I am trying to be on my best behavior…still have some baby weight to lose! Tonight for dinner I made a salad with baby romaine, carrots, cucumbers, red onion, corn, black beans, avocado and grilled salmon. We used our outdoor grill but I could have done the salmon on the Griddler if I didn’t have the gas grill. Mike is home now so I am going to let him have some time with Will and I am going to use both my hands to get a few more things done. Hope your Monday was as good as mine was!![]()

Random Acts of Weight Loss

Next On The List (lunch 12.29.08)
Monday, December 29, 2008 17:44 No CommentsMy breakfast kept me going all morning and I have actually been able to get a lot done around the house. I love productive Mondays! I am having a quick lunch of yogurt, pretzels and some almonds before I run out to do an errand. While I am out I need to think up dinner and stop at the store. I was excited to see that a few readers also got the Griddler for a Christmas gift — it’s really a cool appliance to have and it doesn’t take up much room which is key for me! I have a spot for it in the cupboard but I am pretty sure it may get so much use that it finds a permanent spot on the counter! I better finish this post up and keep moving…next on the list is a dog walk then off to do my errands.![]()
