GothamistIt's hard to believe. Only a few days after the inauguration of our first African-American president, and in New York City, which many consider the liberal capital of the United States of America, you'd find that!
I'll be blunt. It's called a "drunken negro head" cookie. And a Manhattan bakery, in Greenwich Village of all places, was selling them in "honor" of Barack Obama.
This whipped up a flurry of outrage and allegations. Uh, duh!
