Motivated By Dinner (lunch 1.30.08)
Friday, January 30, 2009 20:06
It's been a really productive Friday which not usually the case for me. I tend to lose steam by the end of the week but today I was motivated by our dinner plans at 6pm to stay on track throughout the day. I had help with Will which is the biggest determinant of getting stuff done these days so that of course aided my success. I snacked on Goldfish this morning and took a quick (late) lunch break this afternoon. I ran out to get myself a salad from Sebastian's. I made it a little different than usual - mixed greens, carrots, onions, cucumbers, dry tuna, beets, kidney beans and a little blue cheese. It was all tossed together in balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I figure I got my veggies in for the day and now I can enjoy whatever I want at dinner. We are going to Maggiano's which is family style Italian food -- perfect because I am in the mood for pasta! I think it'll be a fun night with the Jones Family! Have a great weekend everyone!

The Ryukin is typically triangular in body shape with an arched backbone, fat belly and feathery fins. Generally, the higher the backbone or hump behind its head, the higher the quality. As with most goldfish, live plants usually don’t fare well with goldfish as the fish will take bites out of the edges of plants. Despite its round body shape and long fins, the Ryukin is a strong swimmer.
