Healthy Food Chart

I just walked in the door from teaching stroller exercise and running the kids to and from school. Yeah it's Friday! With the exception of yesterday hours 3-6pm, this week flew by. Tonight we're having a Wii/ Wii Fit family play date with our friends. I'm really excited because I've never tried the games, so EKM8224 I'll keep you posted. Then it's an action packed weekend ahead. The boys have Tae Kwon Do belt testing, I have soccer, we're looking into joining the local college pool for open swim time (heard it's an unbelievable deal), and we're hosting a Super Bowl/birthday party for my husband on Sunday!
