Wii family night
Friday, January 30, 2009 19:13 No Comments
I just walked in the door from teaching stroller exercise and running the kids to and from school. Yeah it’s Friday! With the exception of yesterday hours 3-6pm, this week flew by. Tonight we’re having a Wii/ Wii Fit family play date with our friends. I’m really excited because I’ve never tried the games, so EKM8224 I’ll keep you posted. Then it’s an action packed weekend ahead. The boys have Tae Kwon Do belt testing, I have soccer, we’re looking into joining the local college pool for open swim time (heard it’s an unbelievable deal), and we’re hosting a Super Bowl/birthday party for my husband on Sunday! Hope you have a great weekend. Go Steelers!

No Milk (1.30.09)
Friday, January 30, 2009 12:14 No CommentsI forgot that we ran out of milk yesterday so when I woke up this morning and got my cereal ready I was pretty disappointed to open the fridge and remember there was none in there. I don’t mind the dry cereal but I can’t have my cup of tea, oh no! I think I will walk to the corner store when I take Bruce out and grab some there. It’s a very cold day here in Boston which should help keep me in the house and doing my work! We have plans to go to dinner tonight with Mike’s family so I am using that as my motivation to avoid procrastinating. Hopefully you have an easy Friday ahead of you and then an enjoyable weekend! ![]()

Friday, January 30, 2009 10:35 No CommentsIt’s a situation familiar to many a hardened dieter. You’ve had a “bad day”. Maybe it was that unplanned cookie mid-morning, that bag of chips you shared with a colleague at lunch time, or that mid-afternoon candy bar … whatever it was, you feel like you’ve “failed”. You’ve broken your diet, and you might as well give up. …
