Dealing with Life’s Stress – 3

The last few days I’ve been discussing how to solve your stress eating. Have you been answering all the questions with total honesty, in
writing? If you did you might have some of your answers. Now though is the time to put
yourself to the final test by taking some positive action to relieve
your stress. What are your feelings and needs telling you to do? Make the strong commitment to take these next steps:
- Work on developing the action plan to achieve the goal. It’s important that you be specific with the details.
- Why will it be done? Are your motives sincere?
- How will it be accomplished?
- When will it be done?
- Who else will be involved?

So there you go. No more excuses or delays. Again this is a promise to
yourself to improve your life. By taking real action on the things
which are causing you stress you will eliminate the need to overeat
over them.
