Healthy Food Chart

I have had just about enough salad -- and lunch meat as well but that's fine because I finished both of them off with my lunch. I will probably be shopping for just 1-2 meals at a time this week because I don't want to load up the refrigerator knowing that we will be away from the house next week. I got all the things I needed to done this morning and now I am off to Will's appointment. I had a request to make tacos for dinner so I think that is the plan. We are going to make fish tacos though because we just had beef and we have not had fish in a while. The recipe I use calls for a lot of ingredients but I am going to do my best to buy just enough for the two of us!
