Healthy Food Chart

The rain cleared out this afternoon so I took a good walk with Bruce and Will. As I was walking I could smell people cooking on their grill so when Mike called to see what we should have for dinner...I said steak! We grilled up a couple of tips and served them with couscous and asparagus. It was a simple dinner but it tasted great. I could have put this steak on another salad but I also had the asparagus that needed to be used so I had to make the decision which would last longer and salad was the winner (but have no doubts, you'll see it tomorrow!). I neglected the dishes so I am trying to motivate myself to get back up and do them so they are not waiting for me in the morning. Actually I can't leave them for morning because I have class, darn. I better wrap this up because I want to finish some reading before I go to bed...8 days until take-off!
