Friday Night and Weekend (3.28-3.29)

** I am going to be shortening the weekend wrap-up for now so that I can free up some more time to do Q&A. I am sorry to do this but I need to make extra time somehow and I have realized that wishing for a 28 hour day is not working out so well. Once class is over and things slow down a little I will try to resume a full weekend wrap up but until then I have to cut it down so that I can finally get to the great questions that are being asked!

As you can see I didn’t get to posting Friday night until now (Sunday night) – we went to a friend’s place and didn’t get home until late then it was go, go, go from Saturday morning on! We had a fun weekend filled with family, friends and some work. We had one really nice day of weather and one not so nice day but it worked out for me because I spent the nice day outside at a birthday party and the rainy day inside doing work. Here are a couple of my favorite meals from the weekend — I didn’t have to bring a cake to this party but quite the opposite, a salad. I made extra for us so we are digging into that to get the veggie intake back up!

This rapidly chewed up my bandwidth allowance and the site went down.
