[Community Post] One Senior’s Fitness Story

From Diet Blog Share: At my age (72) you become very set in your ways, but I changed my life style. I feel better than I have for ages and have the annual physical numbers to prove it.

About a year ago my wife and I decided to embrace wellness and started to live by the philosophy of Diet + Exercise + Supplements = Wellness. Our diet is low/nonfat, balanced and we exercise portion control. We eat most everything, but not a lot of it. Secondly we exercise 4 to 5 times a week which includes treadmill, weight lifting and even “hot” Yoga.

We take an excellent nutritional supplement product that helps with energy and weight management.
The proof is that I have lost 20 lbs, walk 18 holes of golf and run my own business. I have more drive and energy than I did at 50. I changed my life style.
