Healthy Food Chart

Today is my last lecture for my Food Science class. We have a review next week and the final exam the following so it's not over yet but it's definitely wrapping up. I am going to miss my Tuesdays out of the house, as hectic as they are I really enjoy the teaching and the challenge to continue learning myself. For breakfast I ate a healthy muffin and some strawberries at home and I am sipping on a nonfat latte right now. I am definitely going to miss that part of Tuesdays too! Have a good day!
