Selfs Workout in the Park

On May 9th the ladies of our family are planning another girl's day out. Watch out! This time we're geared up for Self's Workout in the Park in NYC and then a big dinner! Last year I missed the event (my best friend got married Jand I was nine months pregnant), so this year will be my first trip to Ramsey Playfield in Central park. I can't wait to try new classes like Latin Rhythms, Masala Bhangra, Stiletto Strength, and Million Dollar Knockout. And then there are the beauty treatments and giveaways.... who doesn't love a few freebies? I've heard tons of friends (and even a few ladies at a recent wedding shower) say that it's a day of fitness and beauty that you don't want to miss. Have you been?
