Healthy Food Chart

It is scorching hot outside but I will not complain! The winters are long and miserable here so now that the warm weather I have been wishing for has arrived I cannot wish it away, no matter how sweaty I am! Last summer it was tough to take the heat being pregnant, so that's another reason not to complain now. I have been on the go all morning and just ate a quick turkey sandwich for a late lunch. I also snacked on a piece of banana bread which I grabbed as I ran into the house after class before driving Mike into work.

While I was already out in the car I went to Whole Foods because I wanted to get some seafood to grill for dinner - I got a nice piece of salmon and some big shrimp so I am all set there. I haven't been to Whole Foods in a while so I just got my hands on the newest "Whole Deals" and they also have a "Green Calendar" for Earth Month out too. I can't wait to read through them and see what's in there! My friend is joining us for dinner because she too is a Biggest Loser fan and we always text back-and-forth during the show so we decided to watch it together tonight! Right now I am going to walk Bruce up to the dog wash because (1) he is dirty and needs the bath and (2) I think it will cool him down. Hope your day is as warm and sunny as mine is!
