Plyometric Exercises Are Not for Everyone
Wednesday, April 29, 2009 17:30 No CommentsI don’t want to go off on a rant, but I have to say that some of the “bootcamp classes” I see being taught are just downright dangerous. If you are just starting out on a fitness program, it’s a…
Lunchtime, Busy Time (lunch 4.29.09)
Wednesday, April 29, 2009 17:18 No CommentsThe morning flew by trying to keep Will entertained. It seems like it’s going to be one of those days where he is only happy if I am sitting close by watching him. We are heading outside now to take Bruce for a walk and maybe go to the park — and then I have my fingers crossed that he’ll actually take some kind of nap this afternoon! Back to April (breakfast 4.29.09)
Wednesday, April 29, 2009 13:11 No CommentsThe hot weather was short lived, today we are back down to the normal April temperatures (50’s) so I am glad I got outside yesterday and enjoyed the “summer” day. I think I’ll still take a walk but I won’t be able to wear a tank top and shorts this time. I started my day off with a whole wheat English muffin topped with PB&J, an orange, a glass of skim milk and a cup of tea. Mike has a long day at work today and then a basketball game tonight so I am not sure what I’ll do for dinner. We haven’t had take-out in a while and I may take advantage of that tonight, we’ll see how the day plays out. Time to get on with today – have a good one![]()

Known for her relentless power and loud, multi-syllable grunts, Seles vaulted to the top ranked spot in women’s tennis at the tender age of 17. Even the casual sports fan knows how this story unfolds. A bizarre stabbing attack by a deranged fan…
