Yay! The July SELF is out! You're going to LOVE our first ever LA-themed issue. For starters, my buddy Jillian Michaels is on the cover!!! How AMAZING does she look?! I got to make a special trip to Cali to work out with her and to investigate all of the latest and greatest gear, trainers, classes and more. Over the next few weeks, I'm going to give you a behind-the-scenes look at what happened in Hollywood. First up: My magic butt pants!
No wonder the Beach Boys wrote a song about them: California girls are super fit and they wear the curve-conscious clothing to prove it. The "uniform" of choice in (and out) of the gym is Hard Tail Forever. So I hit up the Hard Tail Forever flagship store in Santa Monica to do some shopping.A
