Friday Fat Loss Tips for the Weekend In my experience I’ve seen people work really hard Monday through Friday following their nutrition and exercise plan only to have it all go to waste over the weekend.

Many people can easily lose 1-2 pounds between Monday and Friday. The problem is they may have gained back that 1-2 pounds by the following Monday after a weekend of less activity and a couple of cheat meals (or days).

My advice is that you try to follow through just this weekend without cheating on your healthy meal plan and workout program. Why? If you don’t cheat over the weekend you can then extend your streak right into the following Friday giving you almost 14 full days of uninhibited weight loss progress!

So instead of just playing the “up & down” weight loss game, you could be down 2 to 4+ lbs in just 2 weeks… all you have to do is stay strong through the weekend!
