What Time Are You Working Out Today? (Method # 3)

Thursday, July 16, 2009 0:02

What Time Are You Working Out Today  In method 2, I went over how “thinking small can lead to big weight loss results.” Today, I want to help you focus on another successful weight loss motivating strategy.

That strategy is keeping a set schedule when it comes to prioritizing your exercise routine. What I mean is that it is imperative that you make your weight loss exercise program just as important as anything else in your life. If you truly want to lose weight you can’t keep letting your workout time get pushed around by other commitments you put in its place.

I find it easiest to just block a 30 minute time slot. That way there you can fit in a short, but intense, workout and be back to juggling your other responsibilities. So, if you find that you are busy with work and family activities once your day starts, then I recommend exercising 1st thing in the morning. Write it into your calendar and make it happen – you can do it, but you need to focus on having your workout be a part of your daily routine.

I hope this tip takes you one step closer to realizing your weight loss goals and tomorrow in Method #4 I’ll be back with a brand new motivating strategy to keep you losing weight!
