Healthy Food Chart

The rush to get out of the house this morning was so I could get myself to the beach! It is a beautiful day and since you never know how many days like this you'll have - you have to take advantage. We got to my parent's house and ate a quick lunch of tuna fish sandwich and cherries. We packed our beach bag and headed to the water. I know I am lucky to start my weekend early, I hope you can too!
