Healthy Food Chart

We got one last nice day in before a rainy weekend (and up coming week it seems). It doesn't look like we'll be getting a direct hit from Hurricane Danny but it's going to bring wind and rain so we will probably be sticking to indoor activities. I stopped and bought a salad for lunch on my way home from my walk. At first I just put half of it in my bowl and ate that but I was still hungry so I finished it off. I gave Will some beets and he loved them - that's my boy! For dinner we had Mexican food at our favorite local spot Salsa's. I had chips and salsa to start and a bean, rice, cheese & pico burrito for dinner (ate half and brought the rest home). It's time to watch a movie and relax after a busy week. Enjoy the weekend!
