Most importantly I exercise to keep my heart healthy, and to prevent whatever diseases I can, so hopefully I can stick around to see grandkids. Beach Break (breakfast & lunch 8.19.09)

It is definitely not raining (it’s the opposite, hot & sunny) but we thought we could use a little break from the beach today so we ate breakfast and headed into town instead. Mike’s dad took his turn cooking today, bacon and eggs because breakfast is his specialty! We needed that breakfast to fuel all the walking around we did. We obviously hit every children’s shop there was but somehow only managed to buy a couple of small things — all the cute Maine lobster stuff they had was hard to resist though! We grabbed lunch at a restaurant on the harbor and now we are relaxing a little bit before going out to dinner with Mike’s parents. We may have to head over to the beach for a quick swim because that would be a nice way to cool down — we’ll see if we have time!
