Come On Sun! (breakfast 9.22.09)
Tuesday, September 22, 2009 12:38 No CommentsThe sun is trying to break through the clouds out there and I am hoping it does because my girlfriend is coming over for a walk. It feels a little cool but if the sun comes out I am sure it will warm up. I think we may be turning a corner with the sleeping — the last two nights have been much better but I’ll believe it if we are getting the same results a week from now. I am feeling rested to start the day though and that is a nice change for me! I had a bowl of Wheat Chex for breakfast with a banana and skim milk. That should get me through the walk then we’ll be back home looking for something for lunch!![]()

Fresh Motivation (dinner 9.21.09)
Tuesday, September 22, 2009 1:52 No CommentsFor the first day of the week it was a long one, but better to get that out of the way so that now hopefully the rest seem easy. This afternoon I got my errands done and took another walk with Bruce & Will. I made myself a quick stir-fry for dinner of chicken and vegetables cooked in sesame oil and soy sauce. I was just going to have leftovers from last night but since I had a lot of new fresh items in the fridge I was motivated to make something. Everything is picked up and set to go for tomorrow so I can relax for the rest of the night — I am looking forward to some reading and then a good night of sleep!![]()
