A week has past since my SELF colleague Amy Gallo and I ran in the New York City marathon, and I'm still flying high. I went out for a few nice runs this weekend (and they felt awesome) and even watched some of the broadcast while curled up on my couch (thanks, DVR!). But as race day fades into memory, I want to share with you some of the tips, tricks and other things Amy and I tried last Sunday. After all, it's only 362 days until NYCM 2010.
