All Inclusive Meal (dinner 11.9.09)

I didn't want today to end because the weather was so great but I am looking forward to some much needed rest tonight. I had an easy night in the kitchen because we used up our leftover Shepard's Pie from the weekend for dinner. I love when you can put the work in making a good meal one night and then benefit from it on another!
