[Forum] Trying to Reach My Goal Weight and Be Happy

Okay, here is how i lost 10kg. I ate less... as simple as that... I wouldn't call myself a die-hard dieter. I still don't eat healthy. I just eat whatever I feel like but i cut portions.

I guess I do have to get serious with this whole eating healthy and exercising stuff. And I feel lazy.

I would have a burst of energy now and then, and would lift weights and do cardio, like riding the stationary bike for say half an hour, once in a blue moon?.

People have been commenting that I look thinner and they come up to me for advice... Ha!

But really... It's not that hard! Just have two or three meals a day and consciously watch what goes in and try to stop yourself from going crazy, eating...

Usually, I allow myself to a binge once or twice a week. And I had one today... And it made me sick... I don't think I could afford to do this to my body anymore...

I am getting too old for this. Im turning 22 next month!! :P

So here is the plan. Eat proper 6 days a week. Cut portions. Incorporate healthy stuff like vegs and what not. And exercise one hour a day. I just want to reach my goal and just be happy with how I look and stop complaining...

The best way to lose weight is to have a rough idea and just shut up and do it... So wish me luck. I have another 8 kg to lose.
