I've read all these posts on websites that say teenagers do all this stuff to lose weight and then only lose about 2 pounds a month. I know i'm not an expert on losing weight but i don't think that is right.

So, can someone tell me the best diet for a teenager?

I'm about 5'6", i weight 235 pounds and i really don't know what would be the best diet for me.

Any ideas?
