Although I can't tell you the last time I read a nursery rhyme I saw this particular one the other day and knew I had to pass it on to our NutritionData readers.

I felt this nursery rhyme was only fitting being that we are coming up on the New Year and this is a time where all of us should evaluate where our lives are and how we can improve them. This rhyme boils our health down to its very essence and is a short reminder of how getting back to the basics may be exactly what we need…
