Today yNew yearsou might not be thinking about your New Year's resolutions as you are sitting down for your Christmas dinner, but you can't hide from the fact that 2010 will begin in 1 week. With that in mind you should be thinking about resolutions.

 The past few blogs I wrote had to do with resolutions for the new year giving suggestions for planning realistic and attainable goals. In USA Today there was a great article about what some well known health experts are planning on doing this year from making meal time more relxaing to raising money for childhood hunger. If you are still not sure what you are planning to do for the new year to improve your health or fitness or what ever else you want to do to improve yourself this article will definitely be a great read for some inspiring ideas. 

Don't forget to write down your resolutions and put them some place where you can see them everyday to remind your self of what you are working towards. Feel free to post your resolutions here - that's one way to make them public and to receive support to reach your goals.
