Getting Back on Track

Well the biggest part of the holiday season is over. Is it time to start thinking of getting back on track now? Or are you waiting like everyone else till after  the New Year starts? What are you waiting for? Why don’t you start with some small simple steps of health improvement now so you have your momentum going by the first?
What habits have you left by the wayside? Have you started eating too many sweets again? Have you just been eating too much?  Have you stopped exercising? Have you stopped drinking water? These are all things that you can start on right now. Just make the promise to work on one. I suggest  exercising (even if it's just a ten minute walk) because usually when a person starts this one basic little habit the others follow much more naturally.
