[Forum] I Need Help Losing Weight

I need some recipes that range from 274 to 359 caloires for five meals. Protein shakes, natural juices - I just need a new way of eating. I need recipes on snacks, I love to munch on food.

Please help me!

I love vegetarian recipes. Any recipe or advice would be greatly appreciated. I need to know what my protein intake should be, so I don't harm my body. I want to lose it as small as possible. I need to know about excising, but I do have a slight knee injury.

I am 5'2, 196 lbs and 42 years old. I have no illnesses and am very healthy.
