Beef But Not Steak (dinner 1.27.10)

I found a way to have beef tonight but not in the form of steak. I made Asian Beef & Noodle-Filled Lettuce Cups. Then when Mike and I were talking he informed me that we are not going to a steakhouse but rather a seafood restaurant on Friday -- why am I so mixed up this week?!
