Then when Mike and I were talking he informed me that we are not going to a steakhouse but rather a seafood restaurant on Friday — why am I so mixed up this week?!

Today is Wacky (but it works!) Wednesday, so this entry fits perfectly. Have you ever tricked yourself to get through a workout? I know it sounds crazy, but last night I did! I was stuck inside on my basement treadmill (my husband had meetings and my babysitter caught the BUG) and was struggling to get through my tempo run.
