Any Tips for Losing 30 Pounds? [Forum]
Monday, March 29, 2010 12:17I just got back from England and France and haven't worked out for nearly 3 weeks.
When I weighed myself yesterday, I tipped the scale at 165lbs. That is the highest I've ever been. Before I went on vacation I was 157lbs. I can't believe that I've gained almost 10 pounds.
I want to be 135lbs by June 25th, 30lbs lighter. Ten pounds a month... I think I can do it.
I'm working out everyday and I'm working with a trainer twice a week for half an hour. Hopefully I can stay on track with my dieting.
I'm vegetarian, so I feel like I am less satisfied when I eat meals. I love eating bread and even though I try to find whole wheat choices, white bread is just so good. I also love cookies and chips. I have to stay away from those.
I also find that even though I eat healthy, I often over eat. I never want to stop. I just love eating so much. I'm going to try to have a water bottle with me at all times and drink 10 glasses a day. This will flush everything out and keep me full, longer.
I hope to lose 3lbs a week. Every Sunday I will blog and weigh myself.
What tips do you have for losing weight and keeping it off?
