Curious findings on the relationship between chocolate and depression in this week’s Archives of Internal Medicine. Researchers found that those who reported eating the most chocolate were more likely to be depressed. Does this suggest that chocolate causes depression? No….

Two Toddlers ! (breakfast 4.28.10)

I have two toddlers on my hands this morning! So far it’s going okay – we made it through breakfast and now they are happily playing together. Let’s hope it continues to go as well as it is now!
