i am a 17 year old male that is 5 11, and weighs 144 lbs. i used to weigh 226 lbs, but through diet and exercise, i got it down. I have been on a really reduced calorie diet for 7-8 months, eating about 1110 to 1200 calories a day, and burning about 900 of them at the gym with strength training and cardio.

Lately, i have been getting really hungry, and i have begun to eat a lot more. i eat healthy though, but i have noticed i can’t see my six pack as well as before, and i’m afraid im gaining weight.

i really screwed up my metabolism with the diet, how should i get it back in order that i can eat more. I also want to gain a lot more muscle, but i dont want to gain any fat. please help!

Additional Details
i eat oatmeal and chai in the morning, have an apple and water for lunch, and eat some chicken dish for dinner at six with chai. i also lift weights for an hour and a half and do 5 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
