I am always recommending that in order to have a healthier diet, you have to prepare more of your own food at home. Trust me when I say that I definitely understand the time commitment that is required to cook more - between the shopping, the prepping, the cooking and the clean up, you could be at it all day just to get dinner on the table. To help you save time, here are a few of my favorite kitchen staples- you can cook even when you're short on time!
