Fresh and Simple Pasta Pomodoro

It's not exactly summer yet but vine-ripened tomatoes have been looking really good at the grocery store recently so I bought a bunch and made a nice fresh pomodoro sauce to have over pasta. This is a simple dish to make and it's as healthy as you can get so cook it with me!
