I'm not going to lie: My blowout schedule pretty much rules my life.

And that particularly includes my exercise regimen.

Judging by extensive anecdotal evidence and a recent reader comment from baybieblue, I'm not alone.  She lamented: "I would love to fit in ten minute workouts [sic] throughout the day, but ... I can't spend the day looking like a mess and definitely don't have time to wash and dry my hair.  Any suggestions for a girl like me?"
