Happy Memorial Day! First, let's take a moment to honor those in the armed forces who served and died for this amazing country we get to live in as free people.
I sincerely missed blogging on ELM and am so glad to be back. A lot has happened since we chatted last. My daughter turned 2. I celebrated another birthday (more to come on that with Tuesday night's post). A publisher called me and is interested in my cookbook proposal. I also appeared on two television shows to promote the ELM blog-off and demonstrated what I eat to stay healthy.
