Once flower buds pop, snow melts, and temperatures rise, thoughts of summer come flooding in. To prepare, many of us, including myself, think about how they might look in their swimsuit and summer shorts this year. All spring long we prepare by eating more salads, less junk, and making more of an effort to fit in a workout. Then summer rolls in and attempts to sabotage our efforts. My five rules of the road help me not only survive summer, but thrive and enjoy myself to the very fullest. Here's how you can too.
