If you want to look like an "Angel" (of the Victoria's Secret variety), you better ditch that devil-may-care attitude.
Staying in shape is simply part of the job description for underwear/swimsuit models like Lily Aldridge. But, in advance of her recent wedding to Caleb Followill of Kings of Leon, the "Bombshell" wanted her upper body to look perfect in her custom Vera Wang dress and "Just Married" VS bikini. "My gown showed off my arms and back, so I mainly focused on my arms looking toned," she explains.
So, what was her secret to beautifully sculpted arms?
