Healthy Food Chart

Greetings from Sunny San Diego! Of course, it's sunny now as I'm preparing to fly back to New York City. Sunday morning, when I woke at 4 a.m. to compete in the San Diego Toyota SheROX sprint triathlon--well, that was a different story. Rainy, dark and cold San Diego was more like it.

I was signed up for the SheROX tri as part of an Editors' Challenge team sponsored by Toyota; they recruited editors and bloggers from a bunch of women's health publications, gave us a training plan and an amazing coach--pro triathlete and former Olympian Sarah Haskins--and flew us out for the big event. And guess what? I'm bringing home the Editors' Challenge trophy!
