Restaurant Charges for Unfinished Food
Thursday, December 18, 2008 10:15 No CommentsFlickr: Zeetz JonesGuys have you ever taken a girl out to dinner and she orders the priciest thing on the menu, only to take a few bites and then say she’s full! Two Days Left! (dinner 12.17.08)
Thursday, December 18, 2008 2:11 No CommentsThe afternoon went much more smoothly than the morning did and I was able to make up for some lost time thanks to my two sleepy boys keeping their eyes closed for a while. Mike was in charge of dinner which was a big help. He got to choose the spread since he was stopping at the store on his way home for ingredients. He chose waffles with scrambled eggs and center cut bacon. We usually make whole wheat waffles to get some fiber in but they were all out of that mix (or so he told me, ha). I added a bowl of grapes to my meal for some fiber but given the size of the meal and all the protein from the eggs I am sure it’ll keep me full long enough to get through the rest of the evening. Now it’s back to work since I have two hands free for typing. I will have another Q&A segment up by the end of the week, right after I finish working on some additional blog posts that will be featured on www.MomLogic.com next week and the week after. There will be five of them, each a different topic and I’ll put up links when they go live! I can’t believe there are only two days left in the week — these first three days flew by!
This Meal Provides Approximately: Grains = 4 ounces (-whole), Fruit = 1.25 cup, Meat & Beans = 2.5 ounces, Oils = minimal, Discretionary Calories = 100-125 kcals (lite syrup & bacon)
