I had to run out of the house this morning without eating breakfast but I got a latte and I had some of the trail mix I made yesterday in the car so I managed to at least get something semi-balanced in me. It was a summer day here in Boston so I stayed outside for as much of it as I could. I got my daily dose of Vitamin D from the sun, my exercise from all the walking and a tired kid & dog – good day! I ate two nice meals and a snack during all of this to keep me going – now I am ready to relax.
