30 minutes of exercise a day keeps cancer away

A 16 year study showed that men who exercised intensely for an average of 30-minutes per day were less likely to die from cancer than those who did not.

The study also showed that although all of the men in the study were active only those men who exercised at more than 5.2 METs had better protection from cancer mortality risks.

After my last post on how women are also affected by cancer I wanted to show you how everyone can better protect themselves from health related illnesses by maintaining a healthy body weight through proper nutrition and exercise.
