Healthy Food Chart

When my heart starts racing my nose starts running. It’s gotten so bad lately that those small packets of tissues have become a staple in the pocket of all my workout pants (and the other night I forget to take one out and I washed it, YUCK) and in my gym bag. At first I thought it was a new outside allergy thing (maybe pollen or ragweed) because my nose runs like crazy when I’m teaching class at the park or running, but my inside sweat sessions at the gym have been just as messy. The funny part is, when I’m not sweating I’m symptom free. Anyone else out there allergic to exercise?
