Another new calorie counter has evolved. It’s called the Fitbit. It literally is supposed to count every single calorie you burn day and night, including the quality of your sleep. (Remember lack of sleep affects weight loss too.) It’s so discreet you can wear it even in your underwear! Apparently it literally picks up all movement from simple standing to robust running. If this little device works as great as it sounds they’ll be no excuse for knowing how many calories you burn from sunrise to sundown!
